Join us 2/8 12pm for a rejuvenating Galentine’s Day Spa Retreat, where we celebrate friendship and self-love! This special event is designed for you and your closest friends to unwind, recharge, and embrace the beauty of self-acceptance. Indulge in pampering spa treatments tailored to nourish your skin and uplift your spirit. Throughout the day, we’ll guide you through mindful meditation sessions, helping you cultivate a deeper connection with yourself and learn to appreciate the unique beauty you possess. Enjoy a serene atmosphere filled with laughter, relaxation, and the joy of sisterhood. Whether you’re pampering yourself with luxurious facials, relaxing scalp massage, or simply enjoying the calming ambiance, this retreat is all about embracing the skin you’re in. Come ready to celebrate your beauty, deepen your self-love, and create lasting memories with your gal pals. Let’s make this Galentine’s Day a day of self-care, connection, and empowerment! Event includes: -Love the skin you're in Workshop led by Owner + Master Esthetician Carolyn A hands-on workshop where you’ll learn about your skin type, skin health and the impact on overall well-being, mindfulness activities that promote self-love and body positivity while gaining knowledge in creating a tailored routine for your skins unique needs. -Mindful Meditation + Body scan led by Holistic Esthetician + Yoga instructor Raven And Catherine Owner of Body Bespoke A transformative session designed to cultivate mindfulness, self-awareness, and inner peace through the practices of meditation, breath work and body scanning all enhanced by spoke affirmations. This is a safe and nurturing place for you to connect with your body, calm your mind and foster positive self image. -Break and Regroup The Sweet Shoppe- -Breakout Treatments where participants can choose one of three pampering services: Hydro-Derm- a customized session with Carolyn utilizing the benefits of Hydrodermabrasion and massage. Oxy-Derm- A luxe pairing of oxygen and derma planing leaving your skin glowing. Hydration Facial- Focus on mask, massage and hydration. -While we wait for all participants to return from treatments a self pampering bar with Eco-Fin (a paraffin wax alternative) is available -Closing Circle A time for reflection where participants share their experiences and intentions for self-love. Cancellation Policy
At Wild & Free, we are committed to providing a safe, enjoyable, and relaxing experience for all our guests. Please take a moment to review our event policy: 1. Reservation and Payment: - All event reservations must be made online. - Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. - Prices are subject to change, but the price at the time of booking will be honored. 2. Cancellation Policy: - Cancellations made are not guaranteed a full refund - If weather yields unsafe driving conditions for staff and attendees Wild & Free will give a make date for event 3. Arrival: - Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to check in. - Please limit items brought into event with you, this is a time to get to know yourself and focus on you. - Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time. 4. Health and Safety: - Guests are encouraged to inform us of any health issues or allergies prior to the event. - We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone exhibiting signs of illness or inappropriate behavior. 5. Attire: - Comfortable clothing is recommended for spa events. Robes will be provided for appropriate events. - Please refrain from wearing heavy fragrances or products that may affect the experience of other guests. 6. Photography and Social Media: - We encourage sharing your experience on social media! However, please respect the privacy of other guests and refrain from taking photos where others are present without their consent. 7. Conduct: - We expect all guests to treat each other and our staff with respect. Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without a refund. 8. Changes to Events: - Wild & Free Spa reserves the right to modify or cancel any event. If changes occur, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer alternatives.
