What is self love yoga?
This unique style class allows a safe space for deep internal healing. Starting with a self love intention that can be shared or kept to yourself, Rae combines breath work and fluidity between poses to create strength and balance in both mind and body.
Our goal for this class is to not only bring flow to your body but provide a conscious space where you can enjoy being who you are and lovingly express self-care.
