Vinyasa 
-movement between poses in yoga, typically accompanied by regulated breathing.
-method of yoga in which movements form a flowing sequence in coordination with the breath.
Iyengar
-a type of ashtanga yoga focusing on the correct alignment of the body, making use of straps, wooden blocks, etc. as aids to achieving the correct postures
Hatha 
-Haṭha yoga is a branch of yoga which uses physical techniques to try to preserve and channel the vital force or energy.
Savasana 
-meditative posture in which one lies on one's back that is typically considered the final resting pose in yoga. Savasana is a pose of total relaxation—making it one of the most challenging.
Tadasana 
-A basic yoga pose where the yogi plants their feet on the ground as their body stands firm and straight.
Yoga
– to 'yoke' or 'bind'
– often interpreted as 'union' (the union of breath, body and mind).
Asana
– literally translates as 'seat'
– but the more modern interpretation of the word denotes physical postures or poses.
Pranayama
-The practice of breath and regulation
-It's a main component of yoga, an exercise for physical and mental wellness. In Sanskrit, “prana” means life energy and “yama” means control
